Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve, we did something different and went to the 2:30 service at church.  It was nice to go to that first.  The kids were UH-MA-ZING during the service which lasted way over an hour.

We used the timer!!  Turned out pretty good!!

We always go to Bryan's parents for Christmas Eve.  Hadleigh wanted to be "in charge" of opening Channing's gifts.

Being patient.  waiting to open...

Not really being patient at all!!  He photo-bombed my tree picture!!

The hit of the night - robes!!!

The whole gang got jammies and robes!!!

My Dancing Sweethearts

Hadleigh-boo LOVES her dance class.  Every day she asks if it is dance day!

It is a challenge to contain her curls in a bun!  Mommy has to work really hard to get her to stay still to put that hair up!  AND most of it just falls out as you can see!  Ha!  She loves the stretching songs!!

She is by far the tallest 3 year old in her class!  And the most vocal - she sings the songs constantly!

She performed the "Teddy Bear" Dance!  So proud of this little girl!!!

Next up was Jilly-poo.  This year, she is in the Ballet I class for ages 7-10.  The class was surprisingly VERY serious.  The ballet teacher was so serious and there was no nonsense during the class.

She did great at the barre work and answered a lot of the teachers questions about ballet positions.

At the end of class, the girls performed a dance to the Nutcracker.  Jillian did great!

Both girls were measured for their recital costumes

Hadleigh is going to be a poodle.  It comes with cute puppy ears!  ha!

Jillian's costume is more elegant of course!

2 months old

My baby is 2 months old today and has found her gorgeous smile!!!  She is so beautiful!  Channing continues to be the easiest of babies and most of the time, she is quite peaceful and well-tempered.  Bryan nicknamed her "Chan-dog!" and it has stuck.  Hadleigh has trouble saying Channing and it comes out "Chonning" and it is hilarious!!  This was my first week back to work and it went OK.  Mom has her for the month of December and they are doing great together!!  I am so lucky to have her!!

This dress has gotten a lot of mileage!!  The 3rd Pearce girl is as pretty as the 1st and 2nd!

Hadleigh was happy to wear it!

Jillian looked so cute!!

I still get asked 27 times a day "Who does Channing look like?"  My Mom and I laughed the other day because 3 people in a row at my school asked the question.

Jillian @ 2 months (I feel so bad.  I was such a rookie mom.  She is wearing the ugliest dress with no bow.  I am glad I know kid fashion now.  ha ha!)

Rocco @ 2 months  (I love this because McCoy just wore this outfit the other day.  I love passing down and getting your money out of good clothes)

Hadleigh @ 2 months  (Ha!  She was obviously less than impressed with picture-taking!)

We are busy at our house getting ready for the holidays!  It should be so much fun with all the kids!!

Last Day at Disney World

Last day at Disney but we were not done yet!!!  We had a late flight so we had a lot of time to kill.  We decided to take a morning field trip over to the Polynesian Resort.  It was fun seeing another resort and we had fun taking the buses, trams and walkways to get there!  A small adventure with lots of kids in tow!

We had breakfast with the characters from Lilo and Stitch.  It was great!  The food was delicious with a little Hawaiian influence.

The kids were in a music parade with maracas and drums.  Mickey headed up the parade.

Never met Pluto before -  the kids were thrilled.

The main attraction was that crazy Stitch!!!!

We got back to the Port Orleans Resort with lots of times left to get to the airport.  The Port Orleans has a great pool and we let the kids go crazy and release all that energy!  The parents main goal was to tire them out so they would sleep on the plane.  I LOVED the pool as I got all my weight off my very pregnant feet!!!!

That is it!!  We cleaned up and headed to the airport to head back to SA.  The kids did NOT sleep on the plane.  Disney World 2014 is a wrap.  This is my top 10 list for this trip...

1.  Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
2.  Toy Story Mania
3.  Enchanted Tales with Belle
4.  Hoop Dee Doo Review
5.  Electric Parade/Fireworks at Magic Kingdom
6.  Pooh Bear breakfast at Crystal Palace
7.  Peter Pan's Flight
8.  Cinderella's Royal Table
9.  Meeting Anna and Elsa
10.  Laser Light Show/Fireworks at Epcot

Choir, Dance, Awards and One Month

The kids are in our church's youth choir.  With Jillian, it is a no-brainer.  The girl loves to sing.  For Rocco, I wanted him to learn to listen, to be quiet, to learn to stand in front of an audience, and to be still.  The boy LOVES choir.  Who would guess??  AND he looks so handsome in his robe.

They are quite the pair!

She loves to find where we are sitting and wave.

He likes to get jiggy with the Lord!

Up till now, Jillian has always been in a combo class - tap, ballet and tumbling.  At age 7, the combo class is no longer offered and the student must pick what she wants to focus on.  Jillian was clear that she wanted to pick ballet.  She has loved it so far.

Now Little Miss is in the 3 year old class which consists of learning songs and the beginnings of ballet.  She LOVES it -LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it.  She is one of the "older" 3s in the class and can recite all of the songs and shows me a lot of the moves they are learning.

After the first nine weeks of school, Rocco earned the top award for P.E.  He also earned student of the month!!  So proud of this boy!!

Have I ever told you how crazy this girl is?  She regularly scuba dives in the bathtub@

and wears superhero glasses!!!

The adorable Channing is ONE.MONTH.OLD!!  How can that be?  She is the easiest baby ever!  She is still sleeping a lot and is pretty easy-going.  I absolutely love that the older kids are in school and I get to spend my days with just her.

Every single day, somebody asks me who she looks like.  I am not skilled in that area but most of the time, I think she looks like Jillian but then other times and other people will say she looks like Rocco or Hadleigh.  Who knows?  I'll let you compare.

Hadleigh -one month

Rocco - 1 month (the little chunkster)

Jillian - a little more than a month

4 weeks later

4 weeks later and I am trying to figure things out and by figuring things out, I mean I am trying not to mess up my kids for the rest of their lives.

Little Channing is a doll but the rest of the crew is testing me at every chance they get.  Mornings are the worst.  Getting all 3 ready for school is like a form of severe torture.  There is lots of whining, crying, yelling and you get the idea.  I actually thought it had gotten better and this morning was a return to AWFUL courtesy of Rocco!!

So let's focus on the cuteness!!  She loves to stick out her tongue!

These three are a force to be reckoned with!!  They got new jeans and new boots!

Time to get silly!!!

Channing gets to spend time with her "big" cousin McCoy!!

Focus on this ridiculously cute girl!!!

Even with the difficulty at home, this boy shines at school.  He earned the top award in his PE class and won Student of the Month for the month of October!  He went on his first field trip and when we got there, he told me that he wanted to spend the day with his teacher.  #breakmyheart

Yep, there he goes holding her hand and being such an independent little boy.  I am so happy that he loves school and loves his teacher so much.  #luckymommy

We survived Halloween!
Star Wars 2014

The whole crew!  We already have our theme in the works for next year!

Leia and Yoda - so cute!

Saturday we finished up soccer!!  yay!!!

Sunday this is the 105th picture I tried to take before we went to church.  They are crazy!  They are going to send me over the edge!  I gave up!!
